Om Sadguru Devay Namah:

7 difficult rules for the sacred meditation of Salvation

Under the ancient Rishi tradition that has been going on for ages, there are seven difficult rules of meditation regarding self-realization and fulfillment of all desires. Therefore, due to the strict rules, after five days of meditation, the result of the meditation also comes soon before the sun sets on the fifth day.

The rule is that before entering into the most sacred meditation of salvation, until the seeker is satisfied with the spiritual system and self experiences of spiritual wisdom, through five to eleven days of meditation practice. He or she should actually stay in the practice for a long time for the sake of self-awareness and self-realization. Then only it will be possible for the seeker to continue the most sacred meditation for a long term.

In fact, which is that great wisdom and meditation through which religion, artha, kaam and moksha are attained? That spiritual practice should be for everyone, which is very far away from the irony of casteism and sect?

That is, this perfect spiritual wisdom (Brahma Vidya) is the king of all the sciences, the king of all heavenly secrets, is sacred, divine and has very good visible results. It is very easy to practice and it is imperishable.

In fact, the disappearance of this supreme wisdom led to the degradation of spirituality and the severe decline of Indian culture. The result was the birth of various types of sects.

Apart from this sacred and divine meditation, all other types of meditation methods in the universe are Rajas and Tantra methods i.e. Tamasi and Rajasi meditation which can never become the reason for supreme wisdom.

Remember, if God is one, then the rules will be the same for everyone. Now I come to the topic. The first step on the path of spirituality starts with the purification of the digestion system and according to Patanjali, the basis of the rule is defecation. The Vedas say on this subject.

“Shochachar vihenasy samasta nisfalah kriyah।।”

That is, the spiritual seeker whose defecation process is not proper i.e. the stomach is not well, and suffering from constipation. Even after making a lot of efforts, they do not get results under Raj vidya or Vaishnavi Sadhana, that is, the divine rules get broken and no results come. Hence under Ashtanga Yoga, activities like Nauli, Dhoti, Vasti etc. are also done for the purpose of purifying the stomach, which is not possible without cow’s ghee, milk and organic grains. That is why it has been said. There is no grain like wheat and there is no wealth like a cow.

Shrimad bhagwat gita:
Bandhuratmat mansatsaya yenatmaye vaatmana jitah:।
Anatmanastu shatrutve varttatmaiv shatruvat।।”

The soul by which the body along with the mind and senses has been conquered is itself a friend to that soul and the one to whom the body along with the mind and senses has not been conquered by him, he himself behaves in enmity like an enemy.

Physicians, doctors, Vaidya etc. all over the world, while invoking their authority, say that the mother of all diseases is constipation. Even a seeker should have this much knowledge that when even a doctor or vaidh does not give medicine to the patient without getting the patient’s stomach cleaned, then who would be a fool who would give you the supreme wisdom. But the so-called religious scholars of the whole world are doing the same thing due to ignorance and they spend their whole life practicing false meditation, and do not get any results. The results are a long way off, on the contrary, they have to face various types of incurable diseases and then at the end of life, they get nothing, neither materialistic nor spiritual perfection.

It is an irrefutable principle and rule of traditional knowledge that until the digestion system of the seeker is cured, he should neither be made to do meditation nor should he be initiated. In fact, the religious scholars who do so become guilty of sin.

First rule of meditation
In fact, who does not know the glory of ambrosial hours? As soon as you wake up in the morning, during ambrosial hours, between 3 am to 4 am, the stomach should be cleaned naturally and that too only once in 24 hours and remember, in this meditation no medicine of any kind can be used to clean the stomach. The stomach should be cleaned naturally before 4 am.

Second rule of meditation
Holy dip in the river Ganga should also be done before 4 am in the morning and remember, in this sacred meditation of Salvation, apart from the holy dip in the river Ganga, no other river is acceptable.

The third rule of sacred meditation is punctuality
If you want to do meditation for five days or eleven days, and you sit at 4:15 am on the first day, then you will have to sit at 4:15 am for all five days, but if for some reason you get late and sit at 4:17 am instead of 4:15 am, then the rules of this sacred meditation will be broken and the result will not come.
